Empowering Future Professionals: ATI's Intern & Mentors Program

On May 8, 2023, ATI's held the culminating event for its Intern & Mentors Program, a nine-month virtual mentorship and one-week immersion internship experience. This initiative connected students from South Carolina's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Trident Technical College with professionals from the state's cyber and information technology sectors.

By fostering mentorship and providing real-world exposure, ATI is actively working to diversify the tech industry and create a robust pipeline of talent. This program exemplifies ATI's dedication to workforce development and its belief in the transformative power of education and mentorship.

The Intern & Mentors Program directly supports the ATI Foundation's mission to make a positive impact by leveraging ATI’s time and talent. It reflects our values of teamwork and collaboration with educational institutions. Through such workforce development programs, the Foundation advances its vision of lowering barriers to opportunities for underrepresented populations and driving sustainable community outcomes.
